first one is pretty sweet.
like the second one, almost feel like it shouldn't be centered on the bird though. maybe focused on the bird in the lower left hand corner. i've read that you should leave more space in the direction that your subject is facing sorta so you see what its looking at. maybe get some horizon action too? use the rule of thirds?
i second bob about the first one. these are great too!
